Picturemosaics and the death of Princess Diana and 9/11.

Artist Ian Leo Slavens is known for creating the artism known as Picturemosaicism, known as Picturemosaics. Slavens had traveled to Seattle in 1995 to meet with family member's (Frank Leo Slavens) involved in ownership of a book publishing business involved with working with a known cartoonist's from the 1980's ( Gary Larson ). The concept of the computer software program method was then brought to another family member who worked with computer programing for a well known computer company.

Documentation of the statement made by Slavens about the Picturemosaic art and detailed documentation on all the Picturemosaic masterpieces where sent to a book publishing business connected to the known cartoonist's. The work was said to be turned down at the time due to a black and white printing that was only used at the time.

Slavens at that time had stated to the publishers that Picturemosaics will be known as the greatest, most popular art work of it's time and that (Andy Warhol's Marilyn Monroe Picturemosaic) would be the most popular of all due to her love world wide, unless Princess Diana the most photograph woman in the world had suddenly died. It was stated it would be unlikely if she suddenly died in a plane, car crash or something else.

At the time there was a individual that was a friend of a family member, who knew of Picturemosaics and its alternative title Photomosaics as well as the statements Slavens had made to the publishers about Princess Diana. At this time this friend of a family member began talk about The World Trade Center bombing that had happen in 1993.

Slavens had known at this time, (due to past airport security failures) and had stated to this friend of the family member that airplanes could be easy to hijack by razor blade box cutters and or pocket knifes, mace or pepper spay. Slavens had stated if they had 20 hijackers hijacking 4 or 5 flights full of jet fuel, the odds of one of the groups of hijackers could take control of the aircraft using the airplanes like a missile to fly the aircraft into The World Trade Center.

Then 2 years latter Princess Diana died in a car crash in Paris France on August 31, 1997. Slavens was working on the Picturemosaics at the time, and had been working with the photographic work for the mosaic images of flowers at the time for the Marilyn Monroe Picturemosaic and the Princess Diana Picturemosaic. The Princess Diana Picturemosaic and all of the art and artism known today as Picturemosaicism is now dedicated in the memory of Princess Diana.

By December 1997 it was said that similar art work was being produce before Picturemosaics could be sold and publish for released internationally. Also, a similar Picturemosaic art work of Princess Diana had been created within 4 months after her death on August 31, 1997. Picturemosaics is filed with United States Copyright Office and with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

The last time Slavens had seen this friend of the family member was in 1995. Slavens had spoked by phone which this friend of the family member had stated he may take a trip out to Seattle in September 2001 and asked if Slavens would meet him in Seattle. Then at the end of August, this friend of a family member had phoned Slavens from a airport in Ohio. A few hours latter Slavens had purchase an Amtrak train ticket on August 30 and arrived August 31.

Slavens had meet up with this friend of the family member on September 11, 2001 and had first stated to Slavens a plane had hit The World Trade Center, which was flight 11 - 8:46 AM eastern time an hit the North Tower of The World Trade Center Twin Towers. This friend of the family member had left Seattle a few days after which was the last time Slavens had seen of him.

Slavens has now claimed he has been a victim of Trademark and Copyright infringement, as well as possession of stolen material claims which has involved not only Picturemosaics, but several work's of art, such as a well known cartoon (Spongebob Squarepants) and documentation made for television shows and commercials.

Squares and other shapes and dots are used together in a mosaic pattern to form a single image. Artism, looks like dots and bits of color up close and images appear visible from a distance. Picturemosaics, Puzzlemosaics and Dotmosaics, were inspired by Color Contrast Separation Art, dots and bits of color led to working with squares and pictures.
